Trilobites

Every kid who loved fossils can instantly recognize Trilobites. These early Arthropods lived on the bottom of ancient seas and were able to roll their segmented exoskeleton up into a protective ball. They were one of the first animals to possess vision, and their modern descendents include horseshoe crabs and lobsters. These are the actual fossils, not imprints or copies. They are 550 million years old, so that means you would be wearing a fossil creature who dwelled on this planet more than half a billion years ago! The pendants average about 5mm thick, with interesting backs. They are lightweight and easy to wear. Some of these pieces have had posts inserted with sterling jump rings, enabling them to be instantly made into pendants. All have natural grey backs that show imprints of other Trilobites.
