Tabu Jasper

Tabu Jasper is also called Tabu Tabu Jasper, and has also been nicknamed Forest Fire Jasper because of its coloration. It is a brecciated jasper from Africa. Tabu's main feature is its bright brick to crimson reds, often offset by areas of white agate and sometimes translucent quartz. Some pieces offer a vivid contrast with lighter reddish pinks or black. All of these pieces are bold and eye-catching. It should be noted that this stone has become scarcer with each passing year.
